2．產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)  Product Structure

全蔽復(fù)合絕緣管型母線以聚酯材料為主絕緣，應(yīng)用電容均壓原理，采用全機械繞包工藝在管型導(dǎo)體外表面制做絕緣。

The fully shielded composite insulated tubular bus is mainly insulated with polyester material, and the principle of capacitance equalization is applied, and the all-mechanical wrapping process is used to make insulation on the outer surface of the tubular conductor.

(4）導(dǎo)體連接  Conductor connection

 a 、焊接連接：采用內(nèi)襯式補強襯管，焊接坡口大于兩倍導(dǎo)流體壁厚，焊接一體成型。

b 、內(nèi)嵌式機械連接：采用內(nèi)嵌式中間連接器對導(dǎo)流體進行連接，導(dǎo)流體內(nèi)壁及中間連接器外表面經(jīng)精密機械加工，接觸面緊密配合。

全屏蔽復(fù)合絕緣管型母線端部是采用特殊工藝將導(dǎo)流體（銅、鋁管）端部直接壓扁、打孔制做，其各電流等級的端子尺寸皆符合國標GB5237要求。

40％的材料成本。

11．驗收及維護  Acceptance and maintenance

每根全屏蔽復(fù)合絕緣管型母線出廠前均進行了工頻耐壓、局部放電測量、介質(zhì)損耗因數(shù)測量。產(chǎn)品到

現(xiàn)場后，可以按GB50150《電氣裝置安裝工程電氣設(shè)備交接試驗標準》進行。全屏蔽復(fù)合絕緣管型母

線基本不需要維護，每2~3年進行一次耐壓和電容量及介質(zhì)損耗因數(shù)測量即可。

Each fully shielded composite insulated tubular busbar has been measured by power 

frequency withstand voltage, partial discharge and dielectric loss factor before leaving 

the factory. After the product arrives at the site, it can be carried out in accordance with 

the GB50150 "Electrical Equipment Handover Test Standard for Electrical Installation 

Engineering". The fully shielded composite insulated tubular bus basically does not need

 maintenance, and the withstand voltage, capacitance and dielectric dissipation factor can

 be measured every 2~3 years.

12．運輸及安裝  Transportation and installation

出廠時各段全屏蔽復(fù)合絕緣管型母線分別編號，便于現(xiàn)場安裝。

numbered separately, which is convenient for on-site installation.
