免維護玻璃鋼絕緣低壓交直流母線槽是空氣絕緣母線槽、密集型母線槽和環(huán)氧樹脂澆注型母線槽的升級換代產(chǎn)品。該產(chǎn)品使用波紋形薄板作為導體，散熱性能好，導體利用率高。導體中間接頭、端部接線端子均采用焊接連接，減小了導體接觸電阻，可以免維護。導體外部覆蓋玻璃鋼扁管，在導體與玻璃鋼扁管之間填充導熱性好、耐高溫的石英砂顆粒，即提高了母線的防護等級，使其可以在浸水、直埋地下等特殊條件下運行，同時還增加了導體的散熱性能及母線槽的機械強度。免維護玻璃鋼絕緣低壓交直流母線槽可做為交流線槽亦可做為直流母線槽，即可水平布置又可豎直布置，是具有很高性價比的產(chǎn)品。

玻璃鋼絕緣外殼一體成型，絕緣性能好、機械強度高、化學性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定、防水、耐腐蝕，且便于密封，整體防護等級高，可以達到IP68。

免維護玻璃鋼絕緣低壓交直流母線槽導體中間接頭采用焊接方式與母線導體連接，中間接頭具有伸縮功能，可以抵消導體因熱脹冷縮引起的內(nèi)部應(yīng)力和形變。其外部覆蓋絕緣護套，在保證絕緣性能、耐腐蝕、耐老化的基礎(chǔ)上同樣具備伸縮功能。如母線槽用于直埋地下、電纜溝、涵洞等環(huán)境，在護套外增設(shè)不銹鋼網(wǎng)以防止動物啃咬。
